Sleeves too tight

The dress is very pretty, just like the picture. I love the butterfly details on the sleeves. However, the elastic on the arms were so tight that I couldn’t put the sleeves on properly. On top of that. The elastic on the wrists were too loose. I’m going to see if I can get the sleeves altered so they fit better. Other than that, I love the dress.
